PANEER TIKKA RECIPE.
Paneer tikka is a popular Indian dish made with chunks of paneer (Indian cottage cheese) marinated in a spiced yogurt mixture and then grilled or baked. The marinated paneer is typically skewered along with bell peppers, onions, and tomatoes, and then cooked in a tandoor or grill until lightly charred and cooked through.
To make paneer tikka, you will need paneer, yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, spices such as cumin, coriander, garam masala, turmeric, red chili powder, salt, and lemon juice. Mix the yogurt and spices together to form the marinade, then add the paneer and vegetables and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours in the fridge. Once marinated, skewer the paneer and vegetables and grill them until cooked through.
Paneer tikka is a popular appetizer or snack in India and is often served with mint chutney or tamarind chutney on the side. It can also be served as a main dish with naan or rice.
