KOREAN FRIED CHICKEN

INGREDIENTS:
- 2 lbs chicken wings
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- Oil, for frying
For the sauce:
- 1/2 cup gochujang (Korean chili paste)
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 1 tbsp minced ginger
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup water
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Rinse the chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix together the cornstarch, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Coat the chicken wings in the cornstarch mixture, making sure to shake off any excess.
