INGREDIENTS:
- 1 cup whole wheat flour
- 1/4 cup besan (gram flour)
- 2 tablespoons semolina (rava)
- 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ajwain (carom seeds)
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons oil
- Water as required
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a mixing bowl, add whole wheat flour, besan, semolina, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, ajwain, and salt. Mix well.
